I recently had my septic high-level alarm go off in the early hours of the morning before the weekend. I contacted Sonlight the following day and spoke to Harold. He mentioned he could visit the same day, but advised that by being mindful of water usage, I could likely wait several days, avoiding unnecessary emergency costs.We managed until Monday without issues and scheduled a visit for Tuesday to pump down the system, inspect it, and diagnose the problem. A courteous young man named Kyle arrived and quickly emptied and inspected the system, pinpointing the issue as a failed pump.Harold provided a fair quote for a US made cast iron pump from a manufacturer with a solid repuation for quality. After approving the work, Kyle returned a few days later with the new pump and installed it promptly. Overall, satisfied with the service and value. I would use them again and would recommend them without hesitation.

On a Friday night, Easter weekend, the drain in my shower would bubble and produce a lovely brown liquid everytime the toilet flushed. In a panic, I started calling every septic company I could find on Google. After many messages left to so called, "24hr services," I was recommended to Sonlight by another company. I called, and a live person answered on their answering service. I explained the situation, and had Harold scheduled to come to my propert the next day at 8am. Harold was excellent, heopened a clog, drained me tank, educated me and was understandable about emergency situations. I did have to pay a weekend emergency fee, but it was well worth it! I highly recommend Sonlight, I was very happy with the rates charged as well.
