Wowza, I cannot begin to describe the utter appreciation my family, and I have for this company, but especially Matt. We have been needing a septic clearance for many months, and when I say needed, I mean, exceptionally unforgiving. Also took was one phone call and this company said they are the ones for the job. I had a septic system catastrophe in the middle of winter. The whole top of my septic tank collapsed. I have worked with Sonlight services for the past 20 years to take care of my septic issues and pump my tank when needed. They have always been professional and reasonably priced. I called them, and Harold came out and assessed the damage and gave me a quote. They applied for the repair permits and as soon as they got them, they started to work. They worked long hard days in the freezing cold, digging out my septic tank and finding out that my pump tank next to it was also deteriorated. They replaced the septic tank first so that we could operate normally. Once that was done, they dug out the pump tank and replaced that. We only went one 24 hour period without being able to put things down the drain. Thank you to technician Tyrell Weaver and those who helped him. It seemed like no one ever took a break.They worked until after dark a couple of days in the frigid weather. I absolutely recommend Sonlight services for your septic needs.

Service was great however for some reason their system didn’t take our credit card Our credit card company was contacted soon after they left only to find out that the credit card was just fine. Why didn’t their system take the credit card after three attempts?
